CLA searching for new rental objects!

We are now starting more and more with long term rentals and for that reason we are searching for more available apartments!
Each day we receive many requests for everything between 1 to 24 months. For now this is mostly in Stockholm but will soon concern every city that we have, and of course long term (and short term!) apartments are always welcome no matter how.
So if you or a friend are thinking of subletting your apartment do not hesitate to contact us! 

The Semla!

Today we had the first "Semla" of the year in the office. 

This little precious thing is a swedish tradition and we even have a special day for it. 

Every year on the 3rd Tuesday in February it is the "Semla day" but we just couldn´t 

wait that long :D

This is one of our newest London additions! apt twenty nine 02 is now up and available for rent. Excellent location at Earls Court in central London. Newly renovated and features Miele kitchen and all necessary equipment. If you´re planning to visit London for the Olympic games 2012 or planning a vacation around that time make sure to book an apartment far in advance. It´s a new year and new goals! We´re very happy with 2011 and looking forward to a even better year with new destinations and new cities to offer.
